The Menards Infiniti Pro Series is the premier ladder series in the Indy Racing League. Designed to develop drivers for the IndyCar® Series, America’s top open-wheel racing series, each lightweight Menards Infiniti Pro Series car boasts an Infiniti V8 engine, and can attain speeds of 190 mph on superspeedways. Formed in 2002, the Menards Pro Series battles teams piloting prepared Dallara Automobili chassis riding on tires by Bridgestone/Firestone. Former Pro Series Driver Killed in Crash at Homestead IndyCar driver Paul Dana died from injuries sustained during a practice crash on Sunday morning. He was 30 years old.
